Terms & Conditions
By purchasing an Accio! Subscription, you agree to the following terms and conditions and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge at the then-current subscription rate. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation, including where applicable any charges processed by Accio! Subscriptions after the expiration date of your payment card. You also acknowledge that Accio! is a surprise box and that you are knowingly buying a box of undisclosed items. Refunds and/or exchanges will not be issued except in cases of damaged merchandise or incorrect size/House items sent, which are based on the selections made by the purchaser.
Automatic Renewal Terms
Your subscription will be automatically renewed on the 20th of each month for successive periods as selected during purchase, and your payment method will automatically be charged for each successive period at the then-current subscription rate until you cancel your subscription renewal.
To cancel your subscription at any time, you may either log in to your account and follow the cancellation procedures there, or send us a message at email@example.com and we will be happy to do it for you. If you cancel, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term. Please note that cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund and that refunds must be requested in writing by emailing the aforementioned address. Without an accompanying refund request, a cancellation will only halt future renewals, and any boxes already paid for will be shipped as scheduled. Refund requests will be handled per the refund policy outlined below.
Customers have three days following a purchase or renewal to request a refund for their purchase, at which time a refund may be issued and shipments canceled.
Refunds will not be issued beyond three days after purchase or renewal, or for any boxes received by the customer unless the items inside are damaged.
Boxes ship via USPS Priority Mail or First Class International, depending on subscriber location. Orders placed during the current month are scheduled ship the following month by the 15th. Tracking numbers and emails are issued automatically as soon as a shipping label is created. Once a shipment is generated, no further changes can be made to the order, including address information. International orders will include a customs declaration and any customs duties or import fees required are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refunds will not be issued for a customer's failure to update address information on time, or for failure to pay customs duties. In either instance, reshipment can be arranged but will be at the customer's expense.
Mobile Message Service Terms and Conditions

The Accio! Box mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by [Accio! Box] (“ [Accio! Subscriptions] ” , “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Accio! Box’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages with service-related and promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders)] from and on behalf of [Accio! Box] via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Accio! Box. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless provider. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +1 (877) 921-4032. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other [Accio! Box] mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
