We are sorry to say that beginning on April 5th, 2018, we will no longer be accepting new orders for customers outside of the USA and Canada.

We have greatly enjoyed having Accio! subscribers from all over the globe. Our customers ranged from Austria to Australia and everywhere in between, and it was such a treat to see where in the world our boxes were headed each month. However, the transatlantic flights were really wearing out our owls, and the cost of shipping heavy boxes overseas through the postal service is just getting to be too high.

For reference, we were charging $19.99 USD for shipping for our international customers, but some months when boxes were 2 lbs. or more, it would cost us $35 just to mail the packages. As a small business, we just can’t afford to take that kind of a hit, and we can’t reasonably¬†ask folks to pay what it costs to ship it.

Sometimes our customers would pay $39.99 for the box, and then $19.99 to ship it, and then STILL owe customs duties when they got it. Many people expressed that the box simply wasn’t worth the money they were paying, and we absolutely understand that.

If you are an existing international customer, don’t worry–we are still keeping your subscription and will continue to send your boxes as long as you wish to receive them! We will be changing how we invoice our international orders just a little, but the price is staying the same. Keep an eye on your email for an important notice about how billing will change for our¬†existing international customers.
